The QzNGS Typing Kits require the use of Illumina sequencing to identify the HLA genotype. The pair-end short reads from Illumina enables long distance phasing for high resolution HLA typing. Barcodes are available for up to 384 samples per run. Making this the ideal solution for ultra-high throughput sequencing!
